Welcome to Vardhman's "Glimpses Rajasthan Tour"!
On arrival in Jaipur, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's

Day 02: Jaipur
After breakfast proceed on excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant
ride ascent to the fort. Proceed to Jaigarh Fort. Return to city.

Day 03: Jaipur
City tour of Jaipur
This morning you will experience the wonders of this magicial pink
city, as you proceed on a tour visiting the Jagmandir or the Hall
of victory glitterning with mirrors, Maharaja's City Palace and
the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds and
through the rose pink residential and business areas of Jaipur covering
the important palaces and monuments. Rest of the day free for Shopping
in the city.

Day 04: Jaipur - Mandawa
After breakfast drive to Mandawa. Upon arrival in Mandawa check
into your hotel.

Day 05: Mandawa
From Castle Mandawa you will take a walking tour of the painted
'havelis' of some of the leading business families of the country.
Though they no longer live here, the local caretakers are happy
to show the visitors around.
Shopping in the evening and spending time with the local villagers.

Day 06: Mandawa - Bikaner
This morning drive to Bikaner. Reach Bikaner and check in at
hotel.

After breakfast Proceed for sightseeing tour of Bikaner.
Visit Bikaner
Bikaner is named after its founder Rao Bikaji in 1488. Long before
this, the city was a trade center on the caravan routes from Africa
and West Asia. Bikaner’s dominant features are rippling sands
and abundant sunshine. The city stands on an elevation, enclosed
by a 7 kms. wall, which can be entered from 5 gates. Bikaner City
is bolstered by imposing walls and has a 16th century fort housing
old palaces, temples and mosque. Founded by Raja Rai Singh, the
fort is distinguished by its long range of 37 pavilions, a line
of balconies and aerial windows of varying designs. Also visit Lallgarh
Palace, the museum, Bhanda Sagar Jain and Deshnoke Rat temple

This morning drive to Jaisalmer. Reach and check in at hotel.

Day 09: Jaisalmer
After breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing tour of The
Golden City - Jaisalmer. It is in the heart of the Great Indian
Desert. Its temple, fort and palaces are all built of yellow stone.
See the Patwon-Ki-Havelies, Salim-Singh-Ki-Haveli and Gandhi Sagar
Tank. Also visit Barabagh Hill.

Day 10: Jaisalmer
Day will be free to explore the culture of this unique city.
Drive back to Jaisalmer after a Rajasthani dinner served in the
village amidst Rajasthani musicians playing haunting tunes.

Day 11: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur.Upon arrival at jodhpur check
into your hotel.
Relax in the evening or proceed for shopping.

Day 12: Jodhpur
This morning after breakfast proceed for a village safari in
the jeep and have a rare glimpse into the rich culture and true
essence of India. Abundant wildlife (game) and memorable moments
of the great desert landscape fascinates one while driving along
the countryside.

Day 13: Jodhpur - Mt Abu
After breakfast drive to Mt Abu. On arrival, check into your
hotel.
Enjoy boating at the Nakki Lake and visit the temples and the museum.

Day 14: Mt. Abu
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Mt Abu. Visit
the Dilwara Temples during the day. The architecture of these temples
is very interesting and famous.

Day 15: Mount Abu - Udaipur
This morning after breakfast drive to Udaipur. On arrival check

first at City Palace. Here you will marvel at rooms with mirrored

Day 17: Udaipur - Chittaurgarh
After breakfast drive to Chittaurgarh.
Chittorgarh is known as the city of bravery and romance. Many legends
and tales associated with heroism and sacrifices of the passionate
men and women of Chittorgarh make it a wonderful place to visit

Day 18: Chittaurgarh - Kota
This morning drive to Kota, located in Western Rajasthan.Upon
arrival at Kota check into your hotel.

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Kota.
Visit Brijraj Bhawan Palace, a colonial style palace, situated on
the bank of river Chambal, was build in the early nineties. The
palace has large spacious rooms that are tastefully done up with
antique furniture. An intresting feature of the palace is the fact
that almost all the rooms overlook the Chambal river providing an
arrresting view of the mighty river.

After breakfast proceed for city tour of Agra.

Visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday), Red fort & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula.
Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship store in Agra
which offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable wear
& exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop. Afternoon drive
to Delhi and on arrival check into your hotel.

After breakfast proceed for city tour of Delhi.
Combined city tour Old & New Delhi
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern
Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building
and Connaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama
Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti
Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru.
Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi.
In the evening transfer to the Airport to catch flight for your
